Waitlists: choose per event whether the queue fills automatically
(the first in line is seated the moment a spot frees) or works by
notify-and-claim (the app offers the seat to the front of the queue, adds
one more player every hour, and opens it to everyone in the last 24 hours).
Release a seat on a player's behalf with the 📤 button. The seat is then
held for a claim on the listing's terms instead of going back to the
general pool.
Player lists: keep curated lists (your Cat 2 regulars, say) and offer a
free seat to a whole list at once. Every eligible member gets their own
notification and the first to claim takes it; members who can't take it come
back to you with the reason.
