Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026 In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern your use of NIONIC, operated by Javier Iñaqui Aicinena Vargas. By creating an account you accept them.
1. What NIONIC is — and what it is not
NIONIC is a technology platform that lets clubs publish and manage courts, matches, tournaments, clinics and events, and lets players find, join and pay for them.
The sports service is provided by the club, not by us. The club sets its prices, schedules, rules, cancellation policy and conditions of access, and is responsible for the state of its facilities and for what happens on them. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the club.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secure, and for everything done through your account. One person, one account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
3. Bookings, payments and refunds
- Prices, deposits and prepayment requirements are set by each club.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal and go directly to the club. We do not hold your money and we never see your card details. You may also be able to pay a club by bank transfer or in cash, at that club's discretion.
- Cancellations and refunds are decided by the club under its own policy. If an event is cancelled, refunds are issued through the same method you paid with. Ask the club first — we can only assist at the club's request.
- If you fail to pay or repeatedly fail to show up, a club may flag your account and require full prepayment for future bookings.
- Clubs additionally owe us a subscription fee for use of the platform, billed monthly. Unpaid invoices may restrict a club's ability to create new events and, eventually, to accept new reservations.
4. Coins and cosmetic items
Coins are earned by playing. They are not money: they cannot be purchased, cannot be transferred between users, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and have no value outside the app. They may be used only for cosmetic items. We may adjust how coins are earned or spent, and may discontinue them, without owing compensation.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the platform, and to show it to the users it is addressed to.
You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or that discloses another person's private information. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we operate a reporting mechanism for chat and posts.
6. Fair use of the platform
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, or misrepresent results, identities or payments.
7. Sport carries risk
Padel is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk. You are responsible for being in adequate physical condition, and you should seek medical advice if in doubt. Injuries, accidents or damage occurring at a venue are a matter between you and the club that operates it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party failures may cause downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for the acts or omissions of clubs, other users, or payment providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Mexican law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where required by law. You may leave at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — payment obligations, content licences, liability limits — survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use NIONIC after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Querétaro, Querétaro, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights that apply to you where you live.
