Add categories — Standard N (categories N/N+1), Suma N (pair sum
N/N+1), Open or Pro-Am, each with gender and optional team cap. Each
category can override the entry fee and be pinned to specific courts.
Players register in pairs (or you register them — they're asked to accept,
or you can confirm on their behalf).
Generate groups, then schedule the whole tournament (the solver
respects availability, court pinning and a 2-matches-per-day cap).
Record scores (or walkover); standings use the official tie-breakers.
Build the bracket when groups finish, schedule its rounds as they
materialize, and record through the final.
